Would you know if you had the best electric shaver or not? I think most guys are satisfied with a middle of the road shaver because if you are paying for the best, you might be paying for more than just the performance of the shaver. Are you paying for the name? Are you paying to have a cordless shaver? Are you paying more because it has a charging dock instead of a corded charger? These are all nice features but have nothing to do with how well a shaver performs. You can’t say you got a closer shave because of the brand. You can’t say you got a smoother shave because it is cordless, and you certainly can’t say you have less ingrown hairs because it has a charging dock. Those are all external features that don’t change anything except the price. The best shaver will have a foil or even a double foil. This will give you the closest shave possible. The best electric shaver will have a good foil.
